Description

The Strymon Olivera Vintage Oil Can Echo is a compact, modern pedal that recreates the eerie, lo-fi charm of classic oil can delay units, known for their dark, warbly, and slightly unstable echoes. It blends vintage character with modern control and studio-grade clarity.

Key features:

  • Authentic emulation of vintage oil can echo sound with murky, modulated repeats
  • Three playback modes: Short, Long, and Both for varied delay textures
  • Rate and Intensity controls for adjustable modulation depth and speed
  • Regen control for everything from subtle repeats to ambient, infinite-style feedback
  • Mix control for blending dry and wet signals
  • Stereo input/output with flexible routing options
  • Expression, MIDI, and preset support for advanced live control
  • High-headroom JFET input and 24-bit/96kHz audio quality
  • Compact, rugged enclosure built for pedalboard use

It’s designed for players who want a delay that feels less like a clean echo and more like a living, evolving texture machine with vintage character and modern reliability.
