Pre-order Policies, Terms & Conditions

Pricing
Prices for pre-ordered items may change if the manufacturer or supplier changes its wholesale pricing or costs. If the price of a pre-ordered item changes, customers will be notified and may choose to proceed with the purchase at the revised price or cancel their pre-order for a full refund.

Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Cancellations requested after 24 hours may incur a reasonable cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred by Joondalup Music Centre in processing and securing the pre-order. Any applicable cancellation fee will be advised at the time of cancellation.

This cancellation policy does not limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Release Dates & Availability
Release dates provided for pre-order items are estimates supplied by the manufacturer or supplier and are subject to change. Joondalup Music Centre will provide customers with updates when new release information becomes available.

Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, subject to product availability and the quantity of stock allocated to Joondalup Music Centre by the manufacturer or supplier.

Shipping
Pre-orders requiring delivery will incur applicable shipping fees in accordance with Joondalup Music Centre's standard shipping rates.

Updates & Enquiries
Customers will receive updates regarding their pre-order via email. Our retail team is also available during opening hours to assist with any pre-order enquiries.

Nothing in these Pre-Order Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
