Description

The Remo PS-0316-00 Pinstripe Clear Drumhead (16") is a popular choice for drummers looking for a warm, focused sound with controlled overtones. Built with durability and tone shaping in mind, it’s especially suited for toms in rock, pop, and R&B settings where depth and punch are essential without excessive ring.

The Pinstripe design features two plies of 7-mil Mylar film with a damping agent between the plies, which helps reduce unwanted high frequencies and enhances low-end response. This results in a fat, deep tone with quick attack and short sustain, making it easy to control in both live and studio environments.

Key features:

  • 16" clear tom drumhead
  • Two-ply (7-mil + 7-mil) construction for added durability
  • Built-in damping agent for reduced overtones
  • Produces warm, focused, low-end rich tone
  • Ideal for rock, pop, R&B, and general-purpose tom use
  • Short sustain with strong attack for easier mix control
