Description

The Remo BR-1120-00-SMT Ambassador Coated Bass Drum Head (20") is a professional pre-muffled bass drumhead designed to deliver a warm, controlled tone with enhanced low-end punch and focused attack.

Built with a 1-ply 10-mil coated Mylar film, it features Sub Muffl® Technology, an integrated dampening system that helps reduce unwanted overtones while preserving natural drum resonance. This results in a balanced, studio-ready bass drum sound with both power and clarity, making it highly versatile for live and recording use.

Key features include:

  • 1-ply 10-mil coated film for warm, open tone and natural feel
  • Sub Muffl® Technology for built-in damping and overtone control
  • Enhanced low-end response with focused attack and definition
  • Broad tuning range suitable for jazz, rock, and contemporary styles
  • Pre-muffled design reduces need for external damping materials

Overall, it’s a great choice for drummers who want a deep, punchy 20" bass drum sound that stays controlled, musical, and mix-ready without extra muffling effort.
