Novation Launchpad Pro Mk3 USB MIDI Pad Controller

Novation Launchpad Pro Mk3 USB MIDI Pad Controller from Joondalup Music Centre

The Launchpad Pro is Novation's most powerful 64-pad MIDI grid controller, designed for both Ableton Live and hardware production. It provides everything you need to create, perform, and bring your tracks to life.

As the most advanced grid controller for Ableton Live, the Launchpad Pro offers dedicated buttons that streamline your workflow. Instantly launch clips and scenes, access mixer, device, and transport controls, and easily quantize, duplicate, or double clips—all without ever reaching for your mouse. The Capture MIDI function ensures that no idea is ever lost.

Keep your tracks evolving with the four-track, eight-note polyphonic, 32-step standalone sequencer. Sequence virtual instruments and instantly send patterns to Clips in Ableton Live, or connect your favorite hardware to trigger patterns via MIDI—Launchpad Pro integrates effortlessly. With Micro Steps, you can create off-grid grooves, while features like Probability, Mutation, Sync Rate, and Play Order let you transform patterns in real-time. Patterns can be chained and assigned to Scenes to build full songs.

The Launchpad Pro features larger, more responsive velocity- and pressure-sensitive pads, perfect for playing grooves and launching clips. Scale mode locks the pads to a musical key, so you’ll never hit a wrong note, while Chord mode provides inspiration for creating harmonies.

Customize the controller layout for any MIDI-compatible software or hardware with Custom Modes. Use Novation Components to drag and drop widgets onto the 8x8 grid, store configurations as one of eight Custom Modes, and switch between them on the fly. Whether you're using it with a computer or standalone, Launchpad Pro offers flexible, expressive control over your entire setup.

Designed for flexibility, Launchpad Pro lets you control both MIDI software and hardware without a computer. Use Custom Modes to send MIDI commands to multiple devices simultaneously, and connect it to your all-hardware rig with MIDI In, Out, and Out 2/Thru ports on 3.5mm connectors.

When you register your Launchpad Pro, you'll gain access to Sound Collective—giving you free plug-ins from top developers every few months, along with exclusive offers, discounts, and more.
