Description

The MXR M222 Talk Box delivers the unmistakable, expressive talk box effect that has become a staple of funk, classic rock, hard rock and metal. Designed to make your guitar or keyboard sound like it's talking, this versatile pedal routes your instrument's signal through a specialised tube that you shape with your mouth, creating distinctive vocal-like sounds, articulated phrases and unique tonal textures.

Unlike traditional talk boxes that require a separate amplifier and speaker setup, the M222 features its own built-in amplifier and speaker driver for convenient, pedalboard-friendly operation. Dedicated Volume, Tone and Gain controls give you complete control over your talk box sound, while the onboard distortion circuit adds everything from subtle grit to aggressive saturation for greater definition and character.

Supplied with an 8-foot surgical tube, microphone stand clip and 18V power supply, the MXR M222 Talk Box is ready to bring a new dimension of creativity and personality to your performances.
