The Epiphone SG Special P-90 delivers the unmistakable attitude and classic tone of the legendary SG in an affordable, player-friendly package. Finished in iconic Cherry Red, this guitar combines the SG’s lightweight double-cutaway design with powerful P-90 pickups, making it an excellent choice for rock, blues, punk, indie and everything in between.

The lightweight mahogany body features the familiar SG double-cutaway shape, providing excellent upper-fret access and a comfortable playing experience. The mahogany neck has a comfortable 1960s SlimTaper profile and is fitted with a laurel fingerboard and 22 medium-jumbo frets, offering a smooth, fast feel for both rhythm and lead playing.

At the heart of the SG Special are a pair of Epiphone P-90 PRO single-coil pickups. These pickups deliver the distinctive raw, punchy character associated with P-90s, combining plenty of midrange bite with clarity and dynamic response. The bridge pickup provides aggressive attack and definition, while the neck pickup offers a warmer, fuller sound.

The guitar features a straightforward 2-volume, 2-tone control layout with a 3-way pickup selector, giving you intuitive control over your sound.
