How do i buy online?
Simply click the shop tab to the top left to view the store. Click “add to cart” for the item you wish to purchase, you will see the item appear in your cart placed at the top right of your window. Click view cart to see your items and from here you can choose to check out with the selected items of cross the items off that you do not wish to purchase.

When will I receive my order?
Perth metro area: 2-5 working days (approx.)*
Interstate capital cities: 3-7 working days (approx.)*
Interstate regional: 4-10 working days (approx.)*
International: Can be arranged. Please contact us to confirm.

*Payment may take up to 6 days to clear through PayPal, at which time the product will be immediately packaged and sent straight to you, from here the delivery time can take 3-7 days, depending on your location.

What are your shipping fees?
Joondalup Music Centre will deliver anywhere in Australia using Australia Post, or by our freight carriers. Our freight rates are calculated on standard freight rates and insurance is available,
if you would like an express delivery or any special circumstances befit your order contact Joondalup Music Centre on 08 9300 0033 and an agreement can be made as to the extra charges incurred.

Should delivery of goods be unable to be accomplished due to no persons being present to accept the goods, the goods will be taken back to the delivery depot resulting in the buyer incurring any charges required for re delivery. We recommend using a delivery location such as a business where persons will be present to accept the goods.

A standard flat rate of $15 will be charged for delivery of items under $99 and should delivery of goods be unable to be accomplished due to no persons not being present to accept the goods, the goods will be taken back to the delivery depot resulting in the buyer incurring any charges required for re delivery.

Damaged Items – Please check all purchase items before signing for them, once signed, you are accepting that the items are in good order and condition and the items are no longer covered under couriers insurance.

Local and Interstate Freight Charges include GST.

Our new Joondalup Music Warehouse, arguably one of Australia’s finest-looking music stores, is situated on Mercer Lane (cnr Winton Rd) and is in close proximity to the freeway and within easy walking distance from the railway station. Our Music school is conveniently located just a minute walk over the road from our shop on Winton road

We are a family owned business that caters for everybody who enjoys music, stocking everything from grand pianos and keyboards, to a huge range of electric and acoustic guitars, P.A. systems, drums, recording equipment and effects, amplifiers as well as brass and woodwind instruments and have the school for getting you started on your first instrument.
